6. Uncollected Items i.e Padlocks or locks

If you leave your padlock or lock at our shop, we will keep it for you for a maximum of 30 days. after that period any lock or padlock may be disposed of without any prior notice. therefore we are not liable for any loss or damage to your property and you should collect your property within the specified period.

7. Key duplicate not working

If you have a key duplicate that is not working, please bring it to our shop || come with the padlock and we will try to fix it for you. failure to do so we will not be able to help you.
