Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and services. If you're not happy with your order, we request you to contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.

How to Return an Item

  1. Log in to your account and go to your order history.
  2. Select the item you wish to return and choose a reason for the return.
  3. Print the provided return label or QR code.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  5. Attach the return label or bring the QR code to your nearest drop-off location.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns except for services.
  • We do not offer a refund for services.
  • For keys cut by us they are subject to confirmation by our locksmiths and for us to assist you be sure to bring the key and the duplicated key that does not work.
